AS & A Level (Cambridge Grades 11 & 12)
At Adani International School, we allow students to continue their international education after Grade 10. To support this, we offer both the IB Diploma Program and the Cambridge A Level program. These curricula are designed to encourage students to think critically, challenge assumptions, and develop an internationally minded perspective in today's interconnected and complex world.
The school conducts an orientation session for parents of Grade 10 students, where details of both programs are shared to help students make an informed decision about their future educational path.

Cambridge International Project Qualification (Cambridge IPQ)
The Cambridge International Project Qualification (Cambridge IPQ) offers students an exciting opportunity to pursue independent research on a topic of their choice. This project-based qualification helps students demonstrate their ability to engage deeply with a subject beyond the scope of exams and adds value to university and job applications.
Who is Cambridge IPQ for?
Cambridge IPQ is ideal for students aged 16-19 who wish to extend their learning beyond their Cambridge International AS & A Levels. It allows students to stand out in university and job applications by showcasing their research, reflection, and communication skills.
What Will Students Learn?
The Cambridge IPQ is a skills-based qualification that develops higher-order thinking, including analysis, evaluation, and synthesis. It also enhances research, reflection, and communication skills, which are highly sought after by universities and employers.
What Will Students Do?
Students will complete a 5,000-word research project on a topic of their choice, which can either complement their Cambridge AS or A Level subjects or focus on a topic they are passionate about. With guidance from their teachers, students will:
- Identify a suitable research topic.
- Develop and justify a research question.
- Plan and conduct research, including a literature review.
- Choose appropriate research methods.
- Write a 5,000-word report using academic conventions.
- Track their progress through a research log.
Assessment of Cambridge IPQ
The Cambridge IPQ is assessed externally by Cambridge examiners, and students will receive grades from A* to E. This qualification is graded at the same level as the Cambridge International A Levels.
