CAS and SAP Initiatives
Empowering Young Minds at Gokul Ashram School
As part of the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) programme, Adani International School students are making a meaningful difference through their teaching initiative at Gokul Ashram School, which supports underprivileged children. Since 2024, our DP students have been teaching English, Mathematics, and Computer Science to strengthen academic and digital literacy among the learners. Designed as a sustainable initiative, each new DP batch continues the teaching responsibilities of the previous one, ensuring continuity in learning. From 2025, our AS Level students have also joined this journey, reflecting ADIS’s belief in nurturing empathy, leadership, and social responsibility through long-term community engagement.
Color Vision Deficiency Awareness Camp by ADIS Students
As part of their CAS initiative, DP students from Adani International School conducted a Color Vision Deficiency (CVD) Check-up Camp at Gokul Ashram School on March 7, 2025. The camp, led by Aahan Prajapati (Grade 11) with support from Aarush, Amaira, Ananya, Aryan, Avantika, Chahat, Devarsh, Kavya, and Viraj, aimed to identify students with potential color vision issues and raise awareness about how CVD can affect academics, daily life, and future careers. This initiative emphasized early detection and support for affected students. Now in DP2, Aahan plans to train juniors to sustain this meaningful community project.
Daan Utsav
As part of its ongoing community service and social responsibility initiatives, Adani International School, Ahmedabad, celebrated DAAN UTSAV from 6th to 10th October 2025. The week-long event brought together students and teachers from the Early Years Programme (EYP), Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle School, and Senior School in a collective effort to spread joy through giving.
Learners enthusiastically contributed essential items such as rice, dal, oil, sugar, atta, salt, brown chana, biscuits, and notebooks — all aimed at supporting underprivileged communities. The collected goods were distributed to the Labour Colony School in Shantigram and Gokul Ashram in Gota, extending warmth and care to children in need.
Through this heartfelt initiative, students of Adani International School experienced the joy of giving, learned the value of empathy and compassion, and developed a deeper understanding of community engagement and social awareness.
At ADIS, every learning experience goes beyond the classroom — DAAN UTSAV stands as a reminder that small acts of kindness can create a big impact, nurturing a generation that truly believes in “Growth with Goodness.”
