Well-being Week 2025 : Nurturing Mind, Body & Soul
Adani International School celebrated Well-being Week 2025 with a vibrant series of activities designed to promote mindfulness, movement, nutrition, gratitude, and sustainability. Across the week—Mindful Monday, Thriving Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, and Flourishing Friday—learners engaged in yoga, Zumba, meditation, sound healing, and creative art sessions that encouraged self-awareness and emotional balance.
Expert facilitators, including Ms. Anuja Amin, Ms. Indrayani, and Ms. Chhavi Damani, led interactive sessions on body literacy, nutrition awareness, and sound therapy. Students explored the connection between the mind, body, and gut while reflecting on gratitude and community spirit. The week concluded with a sustainable art activity, reminding everyone that caring for the planet is also caring for our well-being.
Through this holistic initiative, ADIS reaffirmed its commitment to fostering mental health, emotional resilience, and mindful living among its learners.
