Mrs Sudha Murty at ADIS

Bookflix 2025 opened at Adani International School with great enthusiasm, bringing the campus alive with stories, ideas and imagination. The third and largest edition of the festival was inaugurated by Padma Bhushan awardee and beloved author Mrs. Sudha Murty, whose presence filled the day with inspiration and warmth. Addressing 800 students, she spoke about the power of reading, the importance of values and the joy of exploring new worlds through books. Students eagerly participated in an interactive Q&A and presented her with specially curated books and a collaborative artwork reflecting the ADIS philosophy of Growing Together. Deeply moved by their gestures, Mrs. Murty encouraged learners to read widely and think deeply.

Running until 27 November, Bookflix transforms the school into a vibrant literary arena with workshops, storytelling sessions and creative studios. The festival reflects ADIS’s commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate and curious lifelong learners.
