Dussehra

Learners of the Early years came together to burn the effigy of Ravana to celebrate Dussehra (Vijyadashmi). Children of all grades earnestly crafted Ravana effigies with crepe papers and paint. This activity entailed adorning the ten heads and body of Ravana, symbolising ten different human traits - Kama (lust), Krodha (anger), Moha (delusion), Lobha (greed), Mada (pride), Maatsyasya (envy), Manas (mind), Buddhi (intellect), Chitta (will), and Ahamkara (the ego).
