**Mission Statement from the IB
The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who
help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.
The Primary Years Programme (PYP) offers a Transdisciplinary, Inquiry-based and Student-centered education with responsible action at its core, enabling students to learn between, across and beyond traditional subject boundaries.
At Adani International School, our approach to learning is about progressive pedagogy along with creating a non-competitive learning environment that encourages the holistic development of learners. We function with a global outlook that is not limited to the curriculum and offer a collaborative space for experiential and inquiry-based learning to create young minds who can think independently.
Our Mentor System instils various virtue-based traits like critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and knowledgeability among our learners. We support every child with a balanced, open-minded and caring attitude with the aim of shaping them into confident communicators who will be ready for a global perspective.
